After perusing this cookbook, I discovered dozens of quick, easy recipes that can be made in the air fryer. Air fryers have become a “must have” appliance, and almost everyone owns one. This excellent cookbook Having includes dozens of mouthwatering recipes that are perfect for one. After preparing some, I found that the recipes are for fairly large servings, so there is enough in many to serve two. Having a picky eater for a husband, this is perfect for when I want something good without the problem of too many leftovers.

The recipes are written in the traditional manner, and are easy to follow for everyone – from beginners to advanced, and the recipes turn out perfectly. The versatility of the recipes is what makes this cookbook so good. There are recipes with flavors borrowed from many countries. The book includes breakfasts, appetizers, snacks, mains made with poultry, beef and pork, and seafood, as well as delicious desserts. Most are quite easy and quick to put together, and most call for standard ingredients that most have in the fridge, freezer, and on the pantry shelf.

The only thing this cookbook is lacking is photographs. There are only a few, and the recipes sound so good, that it would be nice to know what the finished dishes should look like. The photographs that are included, however, are excellent, which is helpful.

All told, this is perfect for anyone who wants to put quick meals together for one using their air fryer.
