Cinnamon Roll Easter Bunnies Recipe
Are you looking for a cute dessert for Easter, but don’t have a lot of time? Refrigerated cinnamon rolls (or orange rolls) can be made into cute bunnies, and they are not only easy, but they are quick to put together.

These Cinnamon Roll Easter Bunnies are adorable and tasty. They will appeal especially to children, but adults will like them, too. Each tube makes four bunnies, so you may want to double the recipe.

4 Servings

1 13-16 ounce tube refrigerated cinnamon rolls, size varies depending on brand, 8 rolls in the package
1/2 cup flaked coconut
4 raisins

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line a baking sheet with parchment or Silpat.
  2. Open the cinnamon rolls and separate them into 8 rolls.

  4. Place one roll on the baking pan with the end flap facing down. With scissors, cut through the middle about one inch to form the feet.

  6. Take another cinnamon roll with the end flap facing up; cut through the middle to form the ears. Cut about 1/3 of the roll on the bottom and press into a ball to form the tail. Wet the pieces to stick them together to form the bunny.

  10. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool 15 minutes. Squeeze the frosting onto each bunny, spread with a knife, and sprinkle with coconut. Press a raisin in each head to form the eyes.
