Quick, No Bake Christmas Clusters Recipe
For some reason, most of us run out of time just before Christmas, and we still have treats to make (as well as presents to buy, presents to wrap, and parties to both host and attend. The following Christmas Clusters are quick and easy – they can be put together and completed in about 30 minutes. They taste good too, and can be drizzled with melted red nd green candy melts to make them festive, if there is time, of course. No bake treats are often yummy, and you and your guests will find that these are. They are crunchy with Christmas flavors. These are easy enough for older children, and younger children will definitely want to help ””
You can make these up to a month ahead; they keep perfectly in an airtight container. They look great on a dessert table, and will disappear quickly on a cookie tray.

Makes about 96


2 pounds white almond bark

4 cups Crispix cereal
4 cups Wheat Chex cereal
4 cups mini pretzels, broken into small pieces
22 ounces (2 11 ounce packages) red and green M&M candies
1 cup peppermint candy canes
2 cups salted peanuts

  1. Melt the almond bark according to manufacturer's instructions.
  2. Meanwhile mix the remaining ingredients in a large plastic bowl.
  3. Pour the melted almond bark over and stir well.
  4. Scoop 1/4 cup size clusters onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  5. Let sit until set.
  6. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
